Processing & Shipping Times
At TAR Collective, we take great care in preparing your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Local Pickup (if available): Ready within 1-2 business days
Please note that during peak seasons, such as holidays or major launches, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (before tax and discounts) within the U.S.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future!
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
TAR Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@tarcollective.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
